TXSTU-SM Star One Building - San Marcos, Texas
The Science, Technology, and Advanced Research One (STAR) building is Texas State University’s first building dedicated to research and commercialization. It serves as a technology accelerator for start-up and early-stage businesses along with providing tenants access to secure wet labs, clean space, a conference room, and office space.
APTS Anderson House Residence Hall - Austin, Texas
This 38,500-square-foot, 24-unit, four-story residence hall was built on the Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary (APTS) campus. It features one, two, and four-bedroom apartments, each with their own study, kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. This project earned a two-star energy rating from the Austin Energy Green Building program.
St. Edward's University Fleck Hall Additions and Renovations - Austin, Texas
This project included the addition of a third floor to an existing two-story building with the complete renovation of the existing two floors. The scope also included a new entrance, MEP systems replacement, and an elevator.
Austin Community College South Austin Campus - Austin, Texas
This South Austin campus includes an 86,382-square-foot three-story building with a four-story, 348-vehicle parking garage. The college campus has science labs, state-of-the-art computer labs, audio/visual systems, and data and voice cabling.
