The Girls’ School of Austin’s new campus project, located in the Tarrytown neighborhood, included the complete demolition of the existing campus and new construction of a two-story administration/classroom building, two single-story classroom buildings, a single-story multi-purpose building, and renovations to the existing Windsor House.


KIPP South Austin Campus - Austin, Texas

This multi-phase design/build project included the repurposing of an existing 130,000-square-foot former Sam’s Club into a 161,914-square-foot K-12 charter school that also included redeveloping parking lots into a soccer field/play area. The building houses approximately 1,500 students in three schools: elementary, middle, and high school.


Acton Academy - Austin, Texas

Acton Academy’s new campus consists of two two-story classroom buildings to facilitate grades 1-12 within a private school setting. The combined 12,000 square feet of classroom and administrative space has an open floor plan that can be easily converted into different learning environments.

This new two-story, 375,000-square-foot high school was built using insulated tiltwall construction on a 97-acre site with over 1,000 parking spaces and includes business labs, a science observation pond, engineering labs, science classrooms, media centers, and extensive athletic facilities.
